About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Welder specializing in TIG welding aluminum to join our team in a cool, air-conditioned warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience with TIG welding techniques, aluminum fabrication, and the ability to work independently with precision. This position is subcontractor-based (1099).

Requirements

• Must be able to TIG weld aluminum (stick welding only is not acceptable)
• Previous experience welding aluminum is strongly preferred
• Experience with aluminum fabrication (most of our work involves aluminum)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and efficiently using TIG welding techniques
• Physical dexterity and stamina
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively
• Availability to work an 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
• Must be available to start right away

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding tasks on aluminum components with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle and fabricate aluminum materials to exact specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines as a key Welder in our team
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace suitable for a Welder
