Requirements

Excellent communication skills - you can explain tech in simple terms.
A customer-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
Basic understanding of computers, software, and connectivity issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay calm under pressure.
A willingness to learn new technologies - training provided!
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues with step-by-step guidance.
Escalate complex issues to higher level support when necessary.
Document and update all tickets clearly and accurately.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at every interaction.
Collaborate with team members to share solutions and improve processes.
