About The Position

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking a skilled and dedicated Tier II Installer to join our installation team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Tier II Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality window and door installations, as well as maintaining clean and organized job sites. This position is ideal for someone new to window installation.

Requirements

• No experience necessary, 1 year is preferred.
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools, with the ability to manage time and the installation process efficiently.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks related to installation.
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• A strong sense of accountability, dependability, and punctuality with appointments and documentation.
• Ability to effectively communicate with installation crews, internal staff, and company leadership.
• Ability to manage your time and tasks independently, ensuring smooth operations on each job site.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to routine window and door removals and installations, ensuring all units are level, plumb, and square.
• Prep and maintain a clean job site, handle worksite teardown, and perform project cleanup.
• Load windows/doors at the company warehouse and unload trash and clean trailers.
• Apply exterior/interior finish trim and caulking to ensure a polished final product.
• Positively interact with customers and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
