We are looking for an individual who: Loves helping people Is committed to excellence Is forward thinking Job Overview: Under the direction of the Vice President of Service, carries out the vision of client service for Teal by setting up and maintain computer systems, ensuring that computers within the network and the server are running smoothly and securely. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as ensuring that all computing operations run with optimal performance and security. To be successful in this role, the Tier 2 Support Tech should possess an excellent ability to solve problems using their in-depth understanding of information systems and computing solutions. The best Tier 2 Support Tech will also be a team player, willing to handle all support requests with courtesy and professionalism by performing the following duties.
