About The Position

This hybrid position blends Tier 2 technical support (20%) with client-facing project work (80%).

Requirements

  • 3+ years IT support or related experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in professional services or project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Tier 2 escalated issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Execute assigned project tasks and milestones.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients.
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with security standards.
