About The Position

The Help Desk Analyst will provide specialized 24/7 operational help desk support to PRMS/PRMM users worldwide, ensuring connectivity and assistance during critical operational missions. The role involves resolving trouble tickets based on priority and providing technical expertise to users experiencing issues with the PRMS/PRMM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Call Center Operations experience.
  • Possess an Associate's Degree in IT or related field, or 3 years of related experience.
  • Must have a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 operational help desk support to PRMS/PRMM users worldwide.
  • Assist users with technical expertise on questions/issues related to the PRMS/PRMM fielded system.
  • Ensure warfighters have connectivity to perform critical operational missions.
  • Resolve trouble tickets within defined response times based on ticket priority.
  • Analyze problems and respond to customers with resolutions or requests for additional information.
