The Tie-In Operator position is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for maintaining, cleaning and doing general upkeep of textile rapier looms. The essential functions of this position may include any or all of the following to be performed primarily alone. The Tie-In Operator will spend approximately 90% of his/her time performing tie-in functions and 10% spent cleaning and maintaining the equipment.
