About The Position

We are stronger together, have more impact together, and have more fun together! The Ticketing Department is seeking individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the sports industry. This seasonal, temporary role supports gameday ticketing operations and fan engagement initiatives throughout the season. This position requires availability for scheduled home gamedays and non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The 2026 season runs from March through November and includes approximately 15 home games. Scheduling is based on business needs and game schedules, and hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Interest in pursuing a career in sports, live events, ticketing, or related fields
  • Passion for women’s sports
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to professionally communicate and interact with all levels of management, staff, fans, children, players, VIP’s, etc.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a willingness to support team needs as they arise
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk throughout the stadium, and lift up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the set-up, production, and breakdown of ticketing stations, sales tables, and gameday ticketing elements
  • Support all gameday ticketing operations, including ticket pack distributions, fan entry touchpoints, and concourse activations tied to ticketing initiatives
  • Assist with facilitation of group and fan experiences, including sold gameday experiences, tours, and VIP guests
  • Ensure optimal fan experience and smooth operation by supporting ACFC staff with tasks as needed
  • Responsible for resolving issues promptly as directed by the ACFC team
  • Facilitate a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees
