  • Provide top-tier customer service to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations as well as those set by the Gaming Control Board.
  • Familiarize yourself with betting options and engage customers in conversation about them.
  • Resolve customer disputes and escalate issues to the direct supervisor when necessary.
  • Collaborate positively with team members and leadership.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation according to company policy and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, internet, etc.).
  • Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming license from the Department of Gaming and other jurisdictions as required.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
