Responsibilities

• Maintain the assigned cash drawer with an acceptable level of coins and cash.
• Process sports wagers and payment of winnings while ensuring accountability for all cash equivalents.
• Provide outstanding guest service while writing and paying Sportsbook tickets.
• Answer customer questions related to sports and sports betting.
• Process contest selections and parlay cards as applicable.
• Reconcile the assigned cash drawer and complete all necessary paperwork at the end of each shift.
