About The Position

Working in lift ticket window/officeCanaan Valley Resorts Guests is our number one priority. Responsibilities Assisting Guests with all aspects of ticketing and pass needs, including walk up sales and on-line sales. May consist of internal office responsibilities, guest follow ups and general guest services.

Requirements

• Strong Guest service skills
• Ability to work in a Team setting
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn new skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior ticket sales or cashier sales a plus but not a necessary
• Experience sales beneficial but not required
• Snow Industry experience a plus!
