Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
  • Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.+.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions.
  • Ticket verification includes either wrist banding or stamping the hands of patrons once their section has been verified.
  • Be knowledgeable of the venue layout - all employees should be able to guide guests to any location within the venue.
  • Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable to the guest.
  • Resolve guest complaints/problems and/or bring the guest to the appropriate member of Management to handle.
  • Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions/assistance in case of emergency.
  • Bring any lost and found items to the Box Office.
  • Be knowledgeable of all policies, particularly those surrounding re-entry, items allowed in, etc.
  • Move aside/do not interfere with Security/Police personnel in the event of an incident.
  • Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system.
  • Communicate with the supervisor should availability change.
  • Ensure that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Management.
