As a Ticket Seller/Guest Assistance Representative you will be the face and voice of Blue & Gold Fleet, interacting directly with our valued guests. You will play a key role in ensuring that visitors have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they inquire about our cruises to the completion of their voyage. A large part of your duties will be answering visitors’ questions, greeting guests, taking tickets, managing the queues, and relaying pertinent and applicable information.
