About The Position
Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor to join our team. The Season Pass/Ticket Supervisor resolves guests' problems and handles special requests. They provide courteous responses and solutions to a variety of problems as well as help supervise the frontline staff. They assist in planning and assigning work and training of staff, as well as staff scheduling. This position runs from November until April.
