About The Position

Bristol Mountain is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as lift attendants. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests as they prepare to load the lift, verifying ticket and season pass validity using RFID scanning technology and tablets, and managing the lift corral to ensure a smooth transition to the gates and loading zone. You will also check for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment and present yourself in a professional manner at all times. The ideal candidate must be friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to providing a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements

• 16 years of age or older
• Ability to react quickly to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Confident individual with quick problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand the different product offerings and how they relate to lift access
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Have appropriate footwear and clothing for working in all weather conditions
• Able to stand and work outdoors
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they prepare to load the lift
• Verify ticket and season pass validity with RFID scanning technology and tablet
• Work with guests to resolve scanning issues and report problems to Guest Services Supervisor or Security Manager as needed
• Manage lift corral for smooth transition to gates and loading zone
• Check for appropriate ski and snowboard equipment (ski brakes, leashes, safety straps and baskets on poles)
• Present oneself in a professional manner at all times
• Be friendly and outgoing while presenting a courteous manner
• Work with guests to ensure a positive and lifelong memory
• Assist with other duties as needed
