About The Position

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience while maximizing sales opportunities. Your ability to engage customers, effectively communicate product knowledge, and handle transactions with accuracy and accountability will be essential to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation is a MUST.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, day and evening shifts is REQUIRED.

  • Proficiency with POS systems, internet-based tools, and electronic devices.
  • Strong sales acumen and excellent math skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills—engage with guests while actively understanding their needs.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations to satisfy the needs of our guests.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not required. (Training is provided and paid)

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome.
  • Be knowledgeable about our products, pricing, and promotions to confidently drive sales, training provided.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to meet and exceed daily revenue goals.
  • Accurately handle monies and receipts from sales, verify and balance the cash drawer, and secure and maintain ticket inventory and company assets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales booth, including floors and fixtures.
  • Follow directions with precision and embrace accountability as a key to success.
