Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Previous experience in property management maintenance or a similar role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents, property staff, and vendors.
Physical ability to walk and inspect properties, carry tools and equipment, and perform light maintenance tasks.
Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and common building systems is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
HVAC certified

Responsibilities

Promptly respond to and execute maintenance requests by running tickets assigned to maintenance teams.
Coordinate with property managers and maintenance technicians to ensure timely resolution of work orders and service requests.
Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and report them accordingly.
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of completed maintenance tasks and ticket status updates.
Communicate effectively with residents regarding the progress and completion of maintenance requests.
Support the maintenance team by transporting necessary materials and equipment between locations as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing ticket runner duties.
