Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in property management maintenance or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents, property staff, and vendors.
  • Physical ability to walk and inspect properties, carry tools and equipment, and perform light maintenance tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and common building systems is an advantage.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • HVAC certified

Responsibilities

  • Promptly respond to and execute maintenance requests by running tickets assigned to maintenance teams.
  • Coordinate with property managers and maintenance technicians to ensure timely resolution of work orders and service requests.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance issues and report them accordingly.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of completed maintenance tasks and ticket status updates.
  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding the progress and completion of maintenance requests.
  • Support the maintenance team by transporting necessary materials and equipment between locations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies while performing ticket runner duties.
