Overview The Ticket Operations Manager works closely with our premium team to manage the tickets for our premium areas. This role also manages full-time and part-time employees in the Ticketing Office. Product specialization will include Archtics, TM1, and Account Manager. The Ticket Operations Manager will work directly with the Premium Sales and Service department as well as other arena teams. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticketing team. This role pays an annual salary of $55,000-$65,000 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until July 10th, 2026.
