The Ticket Office Supervisor is a part-time lead responsible for supervising part-time ticket sellers at the box office. This role includes performing box office duties during non-event times, such as group sales, consignment, comp tickets, and reporting. The supervisor will open and close the box office as necessary, prepare seller briefings, serve as the first point of contact for ticket resolution, and provide excellent customer service to patrons.
