Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior Box Office, Theater and Ticketing System experience preferred
• Detail oriented, takes initiative, flexible and able to multi-task
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays – Box Office Operations range from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and cross-sell tickets for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions across all properties
• Process orders and will-call while providing prompt, courteous service
• Accurately handle and balance a cash drawer, processing ticket sales with various payment types
• Answer guest questions and provide detailed information about property facilities, services, and event details
• Verify tickets before entry into events and exhibits
• Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette
