About The Position

The Texas Athletics Ticket Office is looking for individuals to provide a quality customer service experience while assisting customers with ticket sales and mobile resolution.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be available for varied hours, including but not limited to – mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Must have computer skills and experience
  • Demonstrate ability to take and accurately follow instructions
  • Must be able to maintain a friendly, service attitude at all times
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work experience in ticketing operations
  • Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics
  • Assist with daily inbound communication via phone, online chat, and email
  • Take part in the programming, charging, and placing of ticketing pedestals and handheld scanner placements for athletics events
  • Assist with daily email and troubleshooting for the Texas Sales & Service team
  • Aide in ticketing system maintenance and projects
  • Support with gameday ticket office duties as needed
  • Other duties as needed
