About The Position
The Ticket Fulfillment Associate at Legends will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at View Boston, located in the Prudential Tower. This position is designed for individuals who are dynamic and interactive, focusing on how guests relate to the Observatory experience. The associate will be responsible for disseminating information about ticket options and upselling products to enhance the visitor's experience. The role requires a high level of customer service, engaging with guests, answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that each visitor has a memorable experience. In this role, the associate will greet guests and provide detailed information about pricing and ticket options, as well as inform them about events, closures, and any other necessary information to help them make informed buying decisions. The associate must retain knowledge about the offerings and relay this information accurately to guests. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork, motivation, and enthusiasm, as the associate will be working in a busy and interactive environment. The responsibilities also include operating a POS ticketing system, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of the day. Safety is a priority, and the associate must follow all safety policies and procedures. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business and its guests.
