About The Position

We are hiring for our client, a fast-growing logistics and transportation company specializing in hauling services for construction, landscaping, or general freight. We are committed to delivering reliable and efficient services to our clients while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. Position Summary: We are seeking an organized ticket clerk to support our dispatch team in their efforts to coordinate and schedule hauling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for entering/processing dispatch tickets to support the dispatch team as they dispatch drivers, managing routes, communicating with clients and field teams, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Proficient with basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software
  • Maintain accurate records and service documentation
  • Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team and customers
