About The Position

The position involves determining whether guests have the appropriate tickets to ride the lift and reporting any occurrences to the Ticket Office Manager. The role requires working closely with lift operation staff and the Ticket Office Manager to ensure a positive experience for guests.

Requirements

  • No certification required
  • No prior experience required
  • Prefer ability to ski and/or snowboard
  • Ability to relate positively to guests and co-workers
  • Aptitude for mathematics

Responsibilities

  • Check tickets
  • Scan season passes
  • Assist lift operators by escorting guests without valid tickets to the Ticket Office or calling Patrol as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
