A little about this position: Sells bike park tickets, rentals, bike lessons, scenic rides, activity passes, retail and season passes. Qualifies guest needs, and provides ticketing solutions in a personal, timely manner. Works closely with other departments to ensure a great guest experience. Answers questions regarding the services and products available at Mammoth. Balances drawer at the end of the shift.
Requirements
- Guest service experience required.
- Money handling experience preferred.
