Requirements

• Seasoned technical leadership and credibility with proven experience of services delivery teams.
• Demonstrable mastery for collaboration and driving resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Skills and knowledge in at least one of the following technology areas: Envizi, Environmental Intelligent Suite--EIS, Maximo, TRIRIGA, Supply Chain Insights-CIS, Order Management Systems - OMS, Business to Business- B2B and Environment Lifecycle Management- ELM or equivalent enterprise solutions.
• Experience in building credibility and service orientation with client stakeholders for asset management, workplace management, and supply chain solutions.

• Deep expertise in at least one of the following technology areas: Envizi, Environmental Intelligent Suite--EIS, Maximo, TRIRIGA, Supply Chain Insights-CIS, Order Management Systems - OMS, Business to Business- B2B and Environment Lifecycle Management- ELM or equivalent enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with Delivery Consultants worldwide to scale the implementation and delivery of services for your technical domain.
• Accountable for building, launching, and enabling the service delivery team with the expertise needed to accelerate the adoption and deployment of IBM technology.
• Collaborate to grow the business through automation and standardization processes based on proven best practices.
• Lead the strategy to build the practice with emerging techniques and solutions globally.
• Optimize processes and resolve service delivery issues with Delivery Consultants, Developers, and Product Teams.
• Partner with pre and post sales delivery teams to document and size solutions for customers.
• Champion new solutions based on data and delivery outcomes for untapped opportunities.
• Develop successful relationships with all levels internal and external to IBM.
