About The Position

The position involves welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner, ascertaining their dining or lodging needs, and managing the seating chart. The role requires monitoring restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow, responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner, and performing opening and closing duties as needed. Additionally, the position includes assisting others with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware, as well as helping fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
