The Thrift Store Associate position at Red, White, and Blue Thrift involves a variety of essential tasks that support our retail operations. Associates are expected to demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role offers medical benefits after 90 days of employment. The Facilities Associate may be responsible for unloading and loading trailers, operating a trash compactor, managing a baling machine, and performing janitorial duties. This position is labor-intensive and requires physical strength and endurance. The Production Associate will handle tasks such as pre-sorting donations, sorting, pricing, hanging, tagging, attaching sensors, and distributing merchandise to the sales floor. Sales Floor Associates will take on roles such as cashier, sales floor attendant, and donation center attendant. Other positions available include Box Truck Driver, Dispatcher, and Supervisor.
