About The Position
The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking a dedicated Thrift Store Associate to join our team in Post Falls. As one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Idaho, our mission is to unite for Idaho's youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. In this role, you will be an integral part of our thrift store operations, contributing to our mission by selling donated items, with the profits directly funding our programs and services for youth in need. In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to compassion and community. You will be responsible for operating cash registers, processing credit and check transactions, and ensuring that our store is well-stocked and organized. This role requires a proactive approach to sorting, cleaning, pricing, and stocking donated merchandise, as well as the ability to operate various equipment such as pallet jacks and hand carts.
