About The Position

Thrift Store Assistant reports to Thrift Store Manager and is responsible for providing general services related to the satisfactory operation of the parish thrift store. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Actively promotes the vision and mission of the thrift store to customers and volunteers. Helps organize and maintain inventory to ensure store is well stocked. Helps to maintain a clean, attractive, and safe environment. Assists with thrift shop social media promotion. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic mathematical abilities, including the ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and tabulate figures.

Nice To Haves

• Related experience in retail sales highly preferred.
