About The Position
Thrift Store Assistant reports to Thrift Store Manager and is responsible for providing general services related to the satisfactory operation of the parish thrift store.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Related experience in retail sales highly preferred.
- Basic mathematical abilities, including the ability to add, subtract, divide, multiply, and tabulate figures.
Responsibilities
- Actively promotes the vision and mission of the thrift store to customers and volunteers.
- Helps organize and maintain inventory to ensure store is well stocked.
- Helps to maintain a clean, attractive, and safe environment.
- Assists with thrift shop social media promotion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
