About The Position

Salem Public Schools is seeking dedicated educators to join the ThreeCheers Curriculum Review Team . This team will play a critical role in strengthening the implementation of our Pre-K Three Cheers curriculum. This year, members will carefully review the newly released Social-Emotional Development curriculum report from DESE in order to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the current ThreeCheers curriculum and to make recommendations for strengthening implementation.

Requirements

  • Current educator in a CPPI classroom in Salem.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Early Learning instructional practices.
  • Commitment to attending one 2.5 hour review session and ability to complete 0.5 hours of asynchronous work outside of the meetings.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SEL curriculum implementation and data-driven decision-making preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Reports: Review the newly released Social-Emotional Development curriculum report on ThreeCheers.
  • Build Consensus: Collaborate with colleagues to determine and build consensus on recommendations for strengthening Social-Emotional Development within the ThreeCheers curriculum.
