About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Three year old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing approach, with a focus on creating a safe and engaging environment for young children (age 2 years). Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering social and emotional development, ensuring the safety , potty training and more. Key skills include excellent communication, patience, and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere. Candidates should be comfortable working closely with parents and other staff members to support each child’s growth and development. Qualifications : Experience working with 3 year olds in a daycare or preschool setting. DCF 45 hours CPR and First Aid certification

Responsibilities
- Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Teach beginning reading and math skills
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
