About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Threat Intelligence Program Manager position within its Federal Strategic Cyber program. Location: Northern VA. Telework will be available on a situational basis. Temporary work locations may be designated at other federal government sites within the National Capitol Region. In this role, you will: Serve as the contractor task manager overseeing personnel and activities supporting the Cyber Threat Analysis program. Interface and coordinate with Government leads with key focus on effective, efficient, and compliant contractor support. Execute proper staffing, providing appropriate, qualified, and sufficient contractor resources to meet specified requirements. Establish work duties and schedules and addresses work discrepancies. Supervise and communicates program policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates. Formulate and enforce work standards. Perform quality control; ensures contractor performance meets established performance standards. Monitor, track, and report on the status of contractor activities. Identify, promote, and implement process improvements. Support Government leads in developing and executing strategic objectives. Coordinate collaboration among teams within the division, other offices, and partner agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of related technical experience.
  • Demonstrated technical task management and supervisory experience.
  • Experience in intelligence, computer security, or technical analysis with increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience in network security with a focus on cyber threat analysis and advanced network security analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior level executives
  • Experience leading teams in at least 2 of the following areas: Indicators and Warnings, Threat Hunting, Threat Analysis, Malware Analysis, or Data analytics
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated success leading a threat intelligence program or team from strategy through operations.
  • Prior experience with managing deliverables, developing KPIs, and metrics.
  • Ability to communicate complex threat intelligence into actionable business terms.
  • Experience collaborating with SOC, Incident Response, and Red/Blue team experience.
  • Certifications: GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence, Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA), or equivalent certification.
  • Certifications - any one of the following: CISSP, CISM, or PMP
