TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas. You are a Thread Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformations Solutions task order. You will elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience OR A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience. OR A Master’s or PhD degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline plus four(4) years of systems engineering experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules in order to implement end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model.
  • Solid communication skills; ability to reach out to external customers in order to gather requirements.
  • Understanding of the customer data flow architecture.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT.
