The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) serves as a field-based marketing position responsible for facilitating engagement opportunities and strategic brand partnerships with Hematology & Oncology Key Opinion Leaders and Key Account Leaders including physicians, nurse leaders and pharmacy leaders, on a regional and national level within a defined geography. The position supports our entire Hematology & Oncology portfolio including Tazverik and Onivyde as well as pipeline and future commercialized Hematology/Oncology brands. TLL engagements will aim to gain market insights, uncover marketing collaboration opportunities, and foster productive key opinion leader relationships to advance advocacy for the Ipsen Oncology Portfolio. TLL team will effectively communicate the brand story to KOLs and identify strategic partnerships with the aim of creating advocates for our brands at large practices and major institutions throughout the US in the assigned regions. This role serves as a liaison between home office-based departments, field-based colleagues and health care professionals who are leaders in their respective fields. To be successful, the TLL team members will build close working relationships with, but not limited to, National Sales Directors, Regional Business Directors, Oncology Account Specialists, MSLs, Marketing Teams, Value & Access to ensure alignment on broader business objectives in their assigned regions. All TLL interactions are on-label and consistent with commercial compliance, legal, and regulatory guidelines. The TLL is responsible for three key areas of focus: KOL Engagement & Commercial Management, Marketing Initiatives, and Conferences/Meeting Engagement & Strategy. This position will support and coordinate the development of peer to peer tactics associated with our current Hematology/Oncology brands, as well as potential future Hematology/Oncology brands.
