About The Position

The Larry D. Thompson Legacy of Leadership Fellowship Program at PepsiCo is designed for first-generation, first-year law students, providing them with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field. The 10-week program includes collaboration with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, allowing fellows to work on various legal projects while receiving mentorship from attorneys at PepsiCo. Requirements

• First-generation, first-year law student with an anticipated graduation date in 2027.
• Strong academic achievement in law school.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 10-week Thompson Fellowship Program, collaborating with PepsiCo and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
• Engage in hands-on legal assignments across various PepsiCo offices.
• Work on projects in areas such as Corporate Governance, Finance & Securities Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor/Employment, and more.
• Attend guest speaker sessions, seminars, and professional development activities during the program.
• Be assigned an attorney mentor for guidance and support throughout the fellowship.
