About The Position

Vantage Data Centers is committed to being a workplace of inclusion, equity, respect, and acceptance. We celebrate diversity and intentionally seek out opportunities to learn from one another's experience. Vantage powers, cools, protects, and connects the technology of the world's well-known hyperscalers, cloud providers, and large enterprises. Developing and operating across North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, Vantage has evolved data center design in innovative ways to deliver dramatic gains in reliability, efficiency, and sustainability in flexible environments that can scale as quickly as the market demands. The Procurement team is responsible for the management of delivering data centers from conception through commissioning, working with Sales, Operations, Development, and Engineering along the way. Construction also works closely with partner contractors to come up with vertically integrated design and manages these partners to deliver the projects on schedule and budget. This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Quincy, WA; Santa Clara, CA; Ashburn, VA; or open to Remote. Vantage is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Associate Analyst with strong organizational and project management skills to support our TPRM program. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional teams—including Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and others—to support the execution of TPRM process improvements. You'll also gain hands-on experience using TPRM platforms like OneTrust, while contributing to projects that streamline workflows, improve compliance, and reduce risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field (or equivalent work/internship experience).
  • 0-2 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Procurement, Supply Chain or related areas.
  • Demonstrated project management skills — ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage small projects or workstreams independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mentality.
  • Analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach toward problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required; experience with tools like Power BI, JIRA, or TPRM platforms (e.g., OneTrust) is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior internship or professional experience working in a corporate environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of small-scale projects and individual tasks that support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process improvements, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
  • Independently manage workflows and deliverables related to process enhancements, system updates, and automation initiatives.
  • Use TPRM tools (e.g., OneTrust) to find opportunities for increased efficiency, streamline manual processes, and implement updates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement) to gather and document requirements for process changes and tool enhancements.
  • Contribute to vendor reassessments, governance activities, and help monitor emerging risk areas such as financial, reputational, or subcontractor risk.
  • Provide project coordination, analytical insights, and general support to ensure successful execution of TPRM initiatives.
