We are seeking a skilled and diligent Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing risks associated with our third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related role, preferably within a global manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Develop and maintain third-party risk management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
  • Monitor and assess third-party performance, compliance, and security posture.
  • Conduct due diligence and background checks on new and existing third-party relationships.
  • Prepare and present risk assessment reports and findings to senior management.
  • Facilitate training and awareness programs on third-party risk management for staff.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in third-party risk management.
  • Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
