We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to join our team as a Third Party Governance Associate. This role will directly support the Third Party Governance Vice President in the execution and enhancement of the Consumer and Community Banking Third-Party Governance Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in risk management, reporting, and process improvement, and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. As a Third Party Governance Associate within our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Third Party Governance Vice President to enhance the Consumer and Community Banking Third-Party Governance Program. You will leverage your expertise in risk management, reporting, and process improvement to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and execution of supplier lifecycle activities, ensuring alignment with the Third-Party Oversight Standard to mitigate supplier risks. You will review and interpret third-party risk policies, develop guidance materials, and document governance structures and escalation paths. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will define key performance and risk indicators, establish data protocols, and create reports to track supplier remediation progress. Additionally, you will support framework enhancements, assess training needs, and assist in developing training materials. Engaging in stakeholder briefings and workshops, you will prepare presentations and updates for executive and cross-functional audiences. You will also monitor policy adherence, maintain audit trails, and work collaboratively to optimize the program and minimize supplier risks.
