Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma, preferably an associate’s degree or above
• Minimum of one year of previous professional work experience
• Able to commit to a hybrid work model - in office only on Wednesday
• Comfort navigating typical office equipment and tools—e.g., phones, computer systems, internal and external portals

Responsibilities

• Bill customers out of their preferred third-party payment portal
• Bill international customer accounts with varying currencies and tax items
• Respond promptly to account queries and complaints to find solutions and dissolve tension - via email, phone call, etc.
• Process carrier, vendor, and customer invoices in a timely manner
• Responsible for data entry and posting encounters
• Other special projects and duties as assigned
