Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Third Grade Stationary License Status from city of Houston OR must be successfully attained within one year of eligibility. Eligibility is NOT defined by hire date
- 3+ years of experience in commercial office building or medical office or similar environment
- Maintain knowledge state, local and federal building codes and ordinances
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- Computer skills; solid knowledge of MS Office, building automated systems (BAS) of HVAC and MEP operating systems
- Solid knowledge in HVAC and MEP repairs
Responsibilities
- This individual repairs, maintains, and operates HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in the Pearland Administrative Building in a manner consistent with a first-class corporate office facility
- The third-grade engineer has the authority to repair, maintain, and coordinate vendors as per the established guidelines of the Facility Manager and the Facilities Group
