About The Position
ThinkBIG is designed to prepare individuals to become successful, CAT dealer technicians, and future leaders in our industry. Students will learn how to work on many types of Caterpillar equipment including agricultural, construction, and earthmoving equipment. The Dealer Service Technology Program combines technical and academic education with real world experience through paid on-the-job training. Throughout this 4-year program, students will learn about engine fundamentals, machine hydraulics, fuel systems, electrical systems, transmissions and torque converters, undercarriage, final drives and more! Once you have been accepted into this world-class program, you will have the opportunity to experience future careers firsthand through on-the-job training, designated mentors, and working alongside high performing teams that truly want you to succeed. Upon successful completion of the program, students will earn an Associate's Degree of Applied Science from San Joaquin Delta College and join the Quinn Company's family as full-time employees.
