You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field
• Experience in process development or high‑volume manufacturing
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, or failure analysis techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues

Nice To Haves

• Experience in thin films or assembly process development
• Experience with supplier management and material qualification
• Background supporting new product introduction
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies
• Develop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselines
• Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives
• Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations
• Support audits, SPC/FDC, and site‑to‑site portability
