A Thin Films Deposition Operator must demonstrate a safety-first work routine, have an understanding of the critical details and parameters with their assigned process and the ability to work with process engineering or management to resolve production issues. The individual needs to be able to coordinate workflow with co-workers and effectively communicate cross functionally and train as required. The individual in this position will perform a variety of tasks in support of the optical coating processes, associated metrology, and inspections where they will be expected to perform the processes, maintain chambers, measure critical parameters, and determine/record yield, run, and other data under minimal supervision. 1st Shift: Start time negotiable in Goleta, California. This is an onsite position.
