About The Position

The position involves executing established cleaning techniques, conducting thorough inspections, reporting process anomalies, and monitoring yield rates to ensure compliance with optical quality standards. The role requires the use of appropriate tools for clear apertures, ensuring accuracy in documentation and labeling, prioritizing parts for runs, maximizing tooling efficiency, qualifying tools for defects, and reviewing engineering notes for standard and nonstandard specifications. Additionally, the position supports utility duties, maintains a clean and professional work area, provides real-time feedback to Coating operators, and communicates any issues to engineers and supervisors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational, trade school, or technical certificate preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field preferred.
  • General knowledge of safety protocols and equipment operation.
  • Some knowledge of general chemistry preferred.
