Requirements

3+ years of machine operation or maintenance in manufacturing; preferred: 1+ year in injection molding
Manual dexterity and solid hand/eye coordination
Clear communication and detail orientation
Analytical thinking with basic troubleshooting ability
Math proficiency; use of calculators for production calculations and records
Working knowledge of measurement tools (e.g., level)
Understanding of product quality standards
Familiarity with principles of Thermoforming machines
