This role is part of the Lunar Permanence business unit, which develops Blue Origin’s Blue Moon landers and related products. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are building sustainable infrastructure for our transport of crew and cargo from Earth to the lunar surface. As part of a hardworking team of engineers, you will contribute to the definition and development of spacecraft thermal control systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and often uncertain environment, contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating personal leadership, technical competence, and attention to detail. You will work directly with NASA as part of the Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program. You will play a key role in developing the system that will return humans to the Moon, this time to stay. You will be a Thermal Analysis Engineer III within the Thermal Product Team. You will be responsible for performing and leading thermal analysis projects at system-level for our lunar landers during ground, launch, Earth orbit, cis-lunar space, lunar orbit, and lunar surface mission phases. Contribute to a team of Thermal Engineers simultaneously developing groundbreaking lunar landers.
