Join a team of professionals where you will be primarily responsible for daily production flow in the thermal spray area. This requires a general and detailed understanding of each thermal spray process area. We offer a 15% shift differential when working on 2nd shift. Come Build with Us: Perform thermal spray process from a production level following required work instructions in every area of the process. Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on equipment and process as required. Keep required maintenance logs up to date. Report all deviations in proper equipment performance to employee’s direct supervisor, other shop supervisor, and/or Machine Maintenance personnel (when warranted). Advise and consult with direct supervisor, and/or shop supervisor as applicable, for tools and tooling needed to complete projects. Maintain set-ups for use in specified projects as assigned by direct supervisor in conjunction with other shop supervisor when applicable. Support and maintain overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe. Cooperate and coordinate with other personnel for usage of shared shop equipment. Inspect and document all operations per TES procedures as stated in the Quality Manual as well as per specifications of the project manager and direct supervisor. Perform other duties as necessary.
