About The Position

We are excited to announce that our new Lawrenceburg location is scheduled to open in Spring 2026! We are currently hiring for multiple positions, with training to take place at our Columbia, TN site. Team members will then transition to the new Lawrenceburg location once it opens. This position is a full time, clinical position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Requirements

High school diploma
Previous healthcare or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced clinical setting
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic

Responsibilities

Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
Consistently demonstrate a professional, empathetic, service-oriented delivery of healthcare to patients and their families
Performing modalities such as applying hot pack, cold pack, e-stim, US, etc. as instructed.
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing and laundering linens.
Performing administrative tasks, including assisting with patient intake, answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
Ability to deliver clear and professional communication within the workplace to patients and staff.
Performing therapeutic modalities and/or exercise while under the supervision of a licensed clinician according to ethical/legal guidelines while knowing the precautions and contraindications.
